Artist History
Mori Tetsuzan (1775-1841) was a painter of the Maruyama school in the late Edo period. He was adopted by Mori Sosen and bacame a successor to the Mori school painting. He was counted among the "Ten Excellent painter of the Okyo School". He excelled in animal paintings.
