Honnyo / Crow
Honnyo studied painting under Yoshimura Kokei, one of the Ten Excellent Painters of the Okyo School. He used the tsuketate technique common in the Maruyama school.

Maruyama Okyo / At the gorge
This work was created in 1786, when Okyo was 53 years old. Although it is intricately painted, it has a very relaxed atmosphere.
Nagasawa Rosetsu / Sparrows on a rock with Peonies
This is an excellent piece by Rosetsu that is full of things to see.
