Tokuoka Shinsen (1896-1972) was a Japanese painter of the Taisho and Showa periods. Born in Kyoto. Studied under Takeuchi Seiho. He established his own style of painting, which can be described as the "Shinsen style". He was a Person of Cultural Merit.
