Artist History
Kino Hironari (1777-1839) was a painter of the Shijo school in the late Edo period. He was born in Kyoto. He first studied under Goshun and excelled in painting people and flowers and birds. Later, following the example of Go Doushi, he mainly painted Buddhist paintings.
