Komai Genki (1747-1797) was a painter of the Maruyama School in the mid-Edo period. He was born in Kyoto. He was a disciple of Maruyama Okyo and was highly praised alongside Nagasawa Rosetsu. He excelled in paintings of flowers, birds and beautiful women.
