The Ten Longevity (Jicchosei) refers to the ten symbols of eternal youth and longevity: the sun, water, pine, crane, turtle, deer, and the herb of immortality, plus three of the following: mountain, cloud, moon, stone, and bamboo. It depicts camellia, Japanese bush warbler on plum blossoms, weeping cherry blossoms with long tails, rape blossoms with butterflies, reeds with jade, moon with a glabella, chrysanthemum, maple, and geese, etc., representing the twelve moons. The mounting was done by Fusehara Shunpodo, a Kyoto-based mounting store.
